When I first started at Palazzo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had worked at several other places and was getting nowhere. Although I gained experience from these places, they just weren’t what I was looking for, then I found Palazzo Salon & Spa. I needed a place where I could expand my career, learn new things and work as part of a team.

Palazzo Salon & Spa has definitely helped me grow in my career and has helped build who I am today. Couldn’t ask for a better team, everyone pushes each other to succeed and wants to see the best for one another. Since I began my career at Palazzo, I have learned several new techniques, specialized in lash lift, grown my business and there is still more to come! Palazzo has met and exceeded my expectations on the type of place I wanted to be.

I had originally heard about Palazzo when I was in cosmetology school. We had many different salons present to our class the programs they offered, specifically programs to help train junior stylists. Palazzo and their Associate training program was truly the only one that stood out. The Associate program helps to ensure the success of the new stylist by working alongside a master stylist. Not only do we get to learn alot by working side by side with the master stylist, we also have one on one coaching which allows us to practice and make sure we are comfortable in our techniques. I love the fact that I can practice and perfect my techniques on “models” during, what we call, our opportunity shifts while in the Associate program. It helped to build my confidence before fully going onto the floor as a stylist. It made me realize how much I still had so much to learn! Since I’ve started working at Palazzo’s, I have learned so much and can now see a clear path in building myself and my career. I have come to meet so many amazing people; some of whom I work with and others who are clients. I’m actually excited to go to work everyday! I can’t wait to see what my future holds and I look forward to many more years of learning and growing.

The most rewarding part of my job is making sure that all of our guests are leaving happy and have enjoyed their experience with us. I have always had an outgoing personality but have never found a work place where I was able to really be myself and thoroughly enjoy coming to work. We not only have the best clients but also the best team around. Palazzo has helped me become more confident in not only myself but also my career and I look forward to what my Palazzo future will look like. There are many tools that they provide that will help push you and your career to success. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for Palazzo Salon & Spa.
